We offer refunds or exchanges to customers within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@luvlulu.co.za, should you want to return an order. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s being returned are defected or not as ordered. If that is the case, we will gladly cover the postage costs for the return. Please contact us to make arrangements. The returned product/s will have to be in an un-used condition and in its original packaging in order for us to proceed with a refund.
