Order via call, email or whatsapp
Most items are always in stock, but some items may need to be manufactured per order, which may take 3 to 14 working days, depending on the item. We endeavour to always get all orders out asap. Let us know if you’ll collect or would like your order delivered via The Courier Guy (cost from R65, depending on size and destination). Please ensure you use a daytime delivery address where there is always someone to receive the parcel. The couriers delivers during normal working hours.
Make Your Payment
MAKE YOUR PAYMENT once we’ve sent you an invoice with our bank details to make an EFT payment. Alternatively we can send you a YOCO payment link via Whatsapp. Please send POP to info@luvlulu.co.za. Once the funds have cleared YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR OR YOU’RE WELCOME TO COLLECT. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number and any other relevant information.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges to customers within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@luvlulu.co.za, should you want to return an order.
Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s being returned are defected or not as ordered.
If that is the case, we will gladly cover the postage costs for the return. Please contact us to make arrangements. The returned product/s will have to be in an un-used condition and in its original packaging in order for us to proceed with a refund.
